Steps to recovery


1. Find the root cause or weakest link driving the compensations

2. Correct its alignment

3. Release restrictions in joints and soft tissues in that area

4. Improve muscle control by toning down hypertonic muscles and switching on hypotonic muscles

5. Optimize posture, biomechanics and movement patterns
