Exercise Therapy
Exercise therapy is a program of physical activities carried out in an effort to reach specific health goals. Its purpose is to return to normal musculoskeletal function or to decrease pain caused by injuries or other health problems.
Specific exercises targeted individually for each client helps to reinforce corrective patterns of posture and movement in daily living. Exercises are easily incorporated into existing routines.
A physiotherapy session may include posture training and education, as well as a home program to maintain progress.
