- Muscle length and strength
- Movement patterns
It would be useful to bring shorts during your sessions because a review of your feet and legs can reveal important information about how you are bearing load.
Subsequent sessions may include a combination of therapies and techniques to provide you with the best solution. You will learn about your body, the injury and how best to manage it. If there is no improvement or I feel you could benefit from a different approach, I will refer you to the right professional(s).
